Never say Never! It was a lot of fun to chat with former NHL player and Stanley Cup Champion Blake Sloan. He shares some great stories of his career from almost hanging up his skates after winning an NCAA National Championship with Michigan to playing 290 games in the NHL. Blake is a great example of taking advantage of opportunity, his hard work and team first attitude helped him play over 16 years of professional hockey. We discuss a ton of fun topics from being a player, how to build and create an identity, mentally battling through situations, life after hockey and much more. This episode is full of great insight on a variety of different topics surrounding hockey, parenting and coaching.
