To Hell and Back! WOW, what an amazing person tackling about some amazing initiatives with mental health and addiction. Brady Leavold has lived it all, from a young up and coming hockey star, playing in the WHL, signing a pro contract and playing in the AHL to struggling with mental health, using drugs and alcohol to help cope, dealing with addiction, living on the streets, spending 3 years in jail and now recovering, what a journey. Brady is open and honest about all of his experiences, the good the bad and the terrible, he shares stories of his childhood, the difficulties of his parents divorcing, an outsider abusing him, playing minor and Jr hockey, his first experience interacting with drugs, the grip that drugs took on him, living on the streets, spending time in and out of jail and now recovering. I really appreciate Brady coming on and am so proud of him for working hard on his own recovery and helping others through his initiative www.pucksupport.com where hockey players and families can reach out to get help, ask for advice from people who have been in their shoes, YOU ARE NOT ALONE.
