The Boys are Back! It was great to have Kevin and Wade back on the podcast to catch up and talk some hockey. We chatted about the NHL Playoffs, the winners, losers and our take on how some of the series have gone. We also added our picks to make it to the cup finals and why. We also discuss the OHL draft, the first female ever chosen, Taya Currie a Parkhill, ON goaltender. We discussed the unfortunate side of the draft, when players aren’t drafted and some of the false hope that teams, agents, scouts give to families leading up to and during the draft. We finish off the episode with some talk about Mental Performance, “Mental Skills” and how important it is to train our mind to deal with competition, pressures and stresses that comes with sports and life in general.
