He discuss’ how most of us don’t realize that we could be getting more out of our daily performance by making some simple changes. Dr Callum deep dives into the importance of our 3 Key Body Systems; Hormone System, Digestive System and Detox System and offers some great advice on how to get optimal performance when all 3 systems are working correctly and efficiently. Mitch is a strength and conditioning coach working with many elite athletes and share his own personal story of following Dr Cowan’s methods as well as some of the results from his athletes.
