Description
Drill 1:
F1 leaves and skates around high cone
Picks up Rim from coach and Jams at low cone toward the boards (protecting puck)
F1 passes to F1 from opposite line who delays and becomes shooting option in high slot
F1 who passed then skates up wall and receives pass from F line (give and go back to line)
F1 then Bracket turns opening up for pass, receives puck from F line and shoots
Drill 2:
F1 leaves from line, receives a pass from coach and one touches it across his body and around cones into shooting area
F1 then skates to far cone and comes back down boards to pick up rim from coach
F1 one touches puck off of boards and attacks net for shot
